Cancellations

We require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations inside 24 hours incur a 50% service fee; no-shows are charged 100%.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, depending on the day's book.

Non-refundable, no cash value, cannot be replaced if lost, and cannot be combined with other offers. Gratuity not included.

We love children. For your safety and theirs, only the child receiving the service should accompany you to the styling floor.

Hair is collaborative. If something isn't right, tell us within 7 days — we'll make it right at no charge.
