Melissa has been a valued member of the Salon Sora team for over three years, serving as one of our lead receptionists and helping create the exceptional guest experience our salon is known for. With a passion for organization, consistency, and client care, she plays an essential role in supporting both our guests and team. In addition to leading the front desk, Melissa oversees retail inventory and helps keep the salon running smoothly behind the scenes. Known for her dedication, reliability, and warm personality, Melissa is always focused on making every guest feel welcomed and cared for. Outside the salon, she enjoys spending time with her son and animals, traveling, and making memories with friends.
